I have been teaching Bikram yoga for just on 20 years and practising for almost 22 years.

People regard my style of teaching as quite unique. My classes are fun with plenty of enthusiasm, yet are always balanced with meticulous and methodical timing, which ensures I am able to draw the most from each student.

Having just moved to Perth I am available for teaching and posture workshops.
